I think this project has a lot of potential and after final shows I will have a better idea of how to improve it.
I could then consider going to the arts council about funding for a larger scale – bigger and better project.

New Personal Development table
I have created a new and up to date PDP which clearly illustrates which of my goals from the previous revision have been accomplished, the ones that are still being developed and there are also some new editions, which throughout developing both this project and my FMP have become apparent as personal objectives that should be added.
Over the past few weeks I have got into many debates about the recent media coverage to do with halal slaughter.
Some examples of digital online debates I have copied here to show how passionate I am.
I have been thinking a lot about personal projects when I graduate,
having done a projects on dogs homes in the past I have plans to revisit that with a more specific angle (as explained at an earlier date)
this recent outrage has made me begin to think of how this, and other current debates could potentially fuel future projects.
For the last exhibition I was involved with at the Corn Exchange in Manchester, I created some business cards that complimented the work on show, so that they were a visual reference to the work visitors had seen, thus aiding their memory of myself as the creator of the work.
Using that same template I have made some more for my FMP exhibition.
The framework and design of the card remains the same, only the image changes to compliment the work they are being used in support of.
This is something I think is an effective way of promoting myself and aiding the viewers of my work in remembering my name and it’s connection to my images – often I take business cards from exhibitions, and at a later date remembering the work have no idea who’s card and details correspond to the work I am searching for.
above is the design from the previous exhibition – where i displayed my dog’s home series
Below are the three designs for my FMP show. Each one is a still from the 3 video clips that make up my final piece.
As you can see, all that changes is the image on the reverse and the colour of some of the text on the front – this font colour can alternate to suit the hue of the image,
for example, some earlier samples I tried out for my FMP using photographs I had captured to go in my accompanying book.
From looking online I have found cover letters are job specific and for that reason will have prepare a new one, for each role that requires it.
As an example of what I could write if i was applying for a photography job I have prepared a basic template of things I may include and how I could word and structure it.
