People’s History Museum

Me, Lauren, Megan and Madeline went to the people’s history museum initially to have a look at the drift – exhibition of Ian Beesley’s work as we had previously attended a talk by him organised by red eye and held at the Chinese arts and crafts center in Manchester. Unfortunately the one day we picked was the only day that exhibition was unavailable due to a private function so we plan to go back and see that in the coming weeks. Luckily whilst there we stumbled upon an exhibition of Red Saunders work which was really interesting and definitely made it a worthwhile trip.

As part of my development plan I am certain visiting galleries and viewing exhibitions ect is something I wish to engage with more frequently so this was a good start to that.
